Quattro Pro files are known as NoteBooks. A NoteBook is a way of organising several spreadsheets of data with their graphs into a collective file, like pages in a binder. Each NoteBook has 256 spreadsheet pages, and the Objects page as its last page. Each spreadsheet page is a grid of columns and rows. The Object page consists of icons which represent each graph, slideshow and dialogue created in the file.In this way, related data can be saved into the same file, with different spreadsheets on individual pages.
Alternatively use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page where the last button goes to the objects page, the single arrow goes to the next page and the double arrow goes to the next view of the pages.
