Fulfilment is the process of responding to people and organisations who have supported FoE financially. This is achieved through the daily production of personalised "thankyou" letters using Microsoft Word merge facilities. You can design fulfilment letters which will merge with information held in the InFoE database. Daily fulfilment is carried out by the Supporter Services Unit.

Please remember to actually produce a fulfilment letter, and put some text in it! Many people have forgotten, which wastes a lot of your time and especially Luton's, when they see blank fulfillment letters being produced.
